Green Infrastructure Partners- Prairie Division "GIP" (Formally Nelson River Construction) is hiring motivated Class 3 Operators for our Asphalt Division for the 2026 Construction Season.

The successful candidate must be willing to work out of town and at times in a camp environment. Camp rotations are generally 10-11 days on 3-4 days off from approximately mid May to end of October.
Summary
Reporting to the Foreman, the Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and distribution of materials to the job site.
Responsibilities
- Operate Class 3 Vehicles, including but not limited to Water Truck, Oil Truck and other equipment in a safe and appropriate manner
- Understand and follow directions from supervisors as to the required work area and emulsion/water distribution rates
- Perform daily maintenance checks and report any mechanical or safety issues to supervisors
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment
- Operate equipment and tools; training will be provided, as necessary
- Fuel, lubricate, clean, and maintain equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess and Maintain a valid Class 3A Driver’s license and mean of transportation to and from the jobsite
- Must be physically fit and able to repetitively lift and carry at least 50 lbs
- Ability to work in inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to construction materials
- Punctual and able to work full time, overtime and weekends as needed
- Able to work out of town and at times in a camp environment
Successful candidates must be willing to work out of town and in remote locations in a camp environment. Accommodations may vary between hotels and camp depending on location of job and candidates home location. Candidates must be willing to stay in either accommodation.
