Nelson River Construction (NRC) is currently hiring a motivated Camera Truck Driver and Labourer for Sewer and Water Division.

NRC is a leading heavy construction contractor in Winnipeg MB, operating inter-provincially with the expertise in many areas of heavy construction from Underground Services, Concrete, Asphalt Paving and Aggregate Processing.

The Position:

The Camera Truck Driver and Labourer is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Camera vehicle. The successful candidate will drive the camera vehicle from site to site, while also performing labouring duties as necessary. Note this is a part-time position for the summer of 2025. Hours will vary from day to day and may include some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Drive/Operate Camera Truck in a safe and efficient manner
• Assist supervisor with labouring duties
• Follow directions from supervisors
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must have valid class 5 driver’s license (current drivers abstract will be required)
• Ability to work in outdoor setting which may include inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and exposure to dust and dirt;
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Must be willing to work varying hours, which may include some evenings and weekends
